        - The e-mail text below from
the London Metropolitan Police Service dated November 11th 2002 states
that they have no record of the letter sent to them through the Royal
Mail special delivery service on October 26th 2003. The letter in
question contained irrefutable evidence of political, legal, and
corporate corruption (on two CD ROMs which were included with the
        letter).

        - The scanned copy of the
letter below dated February 28th 2003 from the Royal Mail states that
the letter posted on October 26th 2002 was in fact delivered to the
Metropolitan Police on October 28th 2002, and signed for by them on that
        date.

        - The Royal Mail letter below
dated February 28th 2003 provides no explanation as to why it has taken
them so long (over four months) to provide proof of delivery when both they
and Postwatch UK have been asked many times (in writing) since October 2002 for such proof.

        - Had it not been for the
involvement of UK Prime Minister Mr Tony Blair MP, and the UK Department of
Trade and Industry, it appears that Royal Mail would not (left to
themselves) have ever provided proof of delivery for the letter in
        question.

      Dear Sir,

Thank you for your email. Our Complaints Dept have no record of the letter
you mentioned. The question of compensation is between you and the Post
Office and we cannot offer any advice on that.
