        Dear Oonagh,

        Thank you for contacting me.

One of the GREATEST difficulties we have
locally is that we cannot get the Irish journalists (or editors I should
say perhaps?) to write and talk about the CORE issues
regarding the Celtic Waste dump planned for
Kilconnell: i.e. things such as Article 28A of
the Republic of Ireland Constitution, and the
Aarhus Convention Agreement for example; and, of course, the
way our Government, and our President, appear to be blatantly
violating our Constitution regarding such matters.  To make matters far,
far worse - they are getting away with it all, with the greatest of ease
        (so far at least).

I did have a very quick try at making a
small complaint to the media recently - which can be seen at Internet
        page location:

I think many in the media may be stuck
myself ? - the whole thing may be much too big for them perhaps, and
they don't know what to do?  There are really HUGE financial profits
involved (potentially) in superdumps, incinerators, and toll roads - as
well as some very large multi-national companies, banks, and so on.

Any help you can give us - especially as a
journalist - would be very much appreciated.

        Best wishes,

        Billy Finnerty.

        +++++++++++
