"THE 23-year-old girl at the
              centre of the Galway rape and incest case has made an angry demand
              for Justice Minister John O'Donoghue's resignation."
            
            This particular incidence of political corruption in the Republic
            of Ireland - which is widely believed by people in Ireland to
            represent just a "drop in the ocean" - has recently cost one
            government minister (Mr Bobby Molloy) his job.
            Veteran "super-politician" Mr Molloy was very suddenly
            exposed by Judge Philip O'Sullivan who complained in open court on
            April 9th 2002 about "quite improper" approaches he
            received in connection with the sentencing of Mr Patrick Naughton -
            who had earlier been convicted on charges relating to incestuous
            rape and sodomy  (among other things) - which he committed against his own daughter over a
